CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h1>

Means Production House<\/strong>

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Client (\u201cyou\u201d) and Means Production House (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cour\u201d). By accessing our services, signing any agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge and accept all terms mentioned below.<\/p>

1. Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3>

Means Production House offers video production, photography, web development, app development, branding, social media management, advertising, and digital marketing services. The final scope of work will always be defined in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or project agreement shared with the client. Any service outside the agreed scope will be treated as an additional requirement and will be charged separately.<\/p>

2. Project Workflow & Deliverables<\/strong><\/h3>

All projects begin only after receiving the initial advance payment and all required materials from the client, such as logos, scripts, brand guidelines, references, website content, and other relevant assets. The delivery timeline shared by the company depends on the timely input and approvals from the client. Any delay in approvals, content submission, or feedback from the client will automatically extend the project timeline.<\/p>

3. Revisions Policy<\/strong><\/h3>

We provide revisions based on the specific number agreed in the project proposal. Revisions are meant to refine the work, not change the entire concept. Any major changes such as re-shoots, redesigns, new concepts, or strategy changes after a draft is approved will be charged as additional work. Revisions requested beyond the agreed limit will also be billable.<\/p>

4. Payments & Billing<\/strong><\/h3>

All payments must be made according to the schedule agreed in the quotation or invoice. Typically, projects require a 50% advance payment to begin, followed by a remaining balance before final delivery. For monthly retainer services like social media management or marketing, payments must be made in advance each month. Work will be paused automatically if payments are delayed, and no deliverables will be released until dues are cleared. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.<\/p>

5. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>

The client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and all required project materials in the correct format. The client must also ensure that all content provided \u2014 including images, videos, music, and text \u2014 is legally owned or licensed. Means Production House will not be responsible for any copyright disputes arising from assets supplied by the client.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h3>

All raw files, project files, and original working files created during the project remain the exclusive property of Means Production House, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in writing. The client receives final deliverables such as edited videos, designs, websites, or marketing campaigns for their own use. Raw video files, editable files, source codes, or design files will not be shared unless the client purchases them separately.<\/p>

7. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h3>

Both parties agree to maintain full confidentiality of shared information, including strategies, concepts, data, and internal documents. We will not disclose or reuse any client materials for other projects without permission. Likewise, the client may not share our plans, strategies, project structures, or proposals with competitors or third parties.<\/p>

8. Project Timeline & Delays<\/strong><\/h3>

The company will make every effort to meet deadlines. However, timelines may extend due to delays in payment, late content submission, unexpected technical issues, revisions beyond scope, or unavoidable circumstances. Means Production House will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.<\/p>

9. Approvals & Final Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>

Once the client approves a draft or final version, the project will be considered complete. Any changes requested after approval will be charged additionally. Final files will be delivered only after full payment is received.<\/p>

10. Marketing & Portfolio Usage<\/strong><\/h3>

Means Production House reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.<\/p>

11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>

Means Production House will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes such as sales, leads, engagement numbers, or business results unless explicitly mentioned.<\/p>

12. Cancellation & Termination<\/strong><\/h3>

If the client cancels the project after work has started, all payments made are non-refundable. If the client repeatedly delays communication, approvals, or payments, Means Production House reserves the right to terminate the project. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.<\/p>

13. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>

In case of disagreement or dispute, both parties will try to resolve the issue through discussion. If unresolved, the dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.<\/p>

14. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>
